No, registration can be done without an identity card number.

Identity card might be required if:

You updating certain personal information on your Tekkabuzz account;
Discrepancies or inconsistencies of information relating to you, your Tekkabuzz account or your transaction(s) with Tekkabuzz;
Abnormal behavior of the account.

Notwithstanding the above, Tekkabuzz reserves the right to perform verifications on any of our members when we deem it necessary or appropriate.
